1.4 Purchase in the online store www.blow-off.pl means acceptance of these regulations.
1.5 All products offered in the blow-off.pl store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects. They have been legally introduced into the Polish market.
1.6 Parts and accessories purchased in our store, unless otherwise noted, are intended for professional use only and are not intended for street use. In addition, they require professional installation in specialized workshops. Properfekt company is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation, hidden defects of sold components, and use of products contrary to their intended use.
2. Procedure for placing and processing orders
2.1 You can place an order using the online store application. In order to correctly carry out the order procedure, it is necessary to create a user account.
2.2 The basic condition for the realization of purchases made is the correct filling in of contact details, including a correct existing e-mail address and telephone number at which it will be possible to confirm the order.
2.3 The order can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the first or second following business day.
2.4 Prices of goods in the online store www.blow-off.pl are given in Polish zloty and include VAT (gross prices) and are updated daily. Order prices are valid 2 days. In case of delayed payment, the value of the order will be recalculated according to the current prices from the store website on the day of payment.
2.5 Properfekt Patryk Rozwarski company issues a receipt or VAT invoice for the purchased goods. In order to receive a VAT invoice, it is necessary to indicate this in the order form and provide complete details of the company including NIP.
2.6 The information contained on the website of blow-off.pl store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The customer placing an order using the mechanisms available on the web pages of the store, makes an offer to buy a particular product under the conditions specified in the product description. The moment of conclusion of the contract of sale takes place during the written confirmation of receipt of goods by the customer.
2.7 The approximate lead time of an order is 1-4 days. If the lead time is extended, there is information next to the product and the customer is immediately informed by phone or e-mail. The order for goods with different lead times is sent after the completion of the whole, i.e. after the longest of the times specified for the ordered products.
2.8 Payments can be: by bank transfer, cash (on delivery), cash on delivery (cash on delivery of the package, PayPal, PayU - operator's commission is added, which is not refundable.

4. Return of products
Within 14 days of receipt of the ordered goods, the consumer has the right to return them without stating reasons within the framework of withdrawal from the contract, according to the rules under the regulations on the conclusion of distance contracts. The right indicated in this section applies to consumer sales, so it applies only to sales to an individual who makes a purchase for a purpose unrelated to professional or business activity. Goods returned under this procedure will be accepted only if they are sent back fully complete, and the product itself and accessories are undamaged and bear no traces of use, indicating that the product has been used other than for the sole purpose of checking it.
Returned goods should be sent back to the address of the store: Properfekt Patryk Rozwarski, Generała Franciszka Kleeberga 2, 85-791 Bydgoszcz, Poland. Unless otherwise agreed, the store guarantees to return an amount equal to the paid price of the goods and shipping costs to the customer when paying by bank transfer or cash, or the amount obtained from the payment operator. The payment operator's commission is not refundable. The cost of sending back the goods as a return is paid by the buyer.
NOTE! The store does not accept cash on delivery. Before any shipment to us, please call us to make arrangements for the return.
5 Complaints
If, upon receipt of the goods, the customer finds technical defects or damage caused during delivery, do not accept the shipment and, in the presence of the courier, draw up a damage report and contact the seller as soon as possible to clarify the matter. Failure to find irregularities in the quantitative or qualitative condition of the shipment upon receipt may have a negative impact on the outcome of the consideration of the customer's claims for damage or robbery of the shipment in transit.
If technical defects are found in goods under warranty, please send the damaged goods to our company's headquarters (Properfekt Patryk Rozwarski, Generała Franciszka Kleeberga 2, 85-791 Bydgoszcz, Poland). together with a brief note on the type of damage and expectations in the situation of positive consideration of the complaint. All complaints are considered up to 14 days counted from the day following the day on which it was submitted.
